The trawler Princesse is a fictional model inspired by a serie of steel stern trawlers built in the 70's-80's in France: La Déferlante, Diego Maeva, Côte d'Ambre, Maliwan, Le Diamant Vert, Melphys, Lea Marie...
Most of them were built in Vergoz shipyard in Concarneau and  have been operating from Saint Nazaire, Lorient, Arcachon, ports all located on the French Atlantic coast. These boats were known to be very seaworthy and resistant.

Princesse's main characteristics are La Déferlante's ones:

Length overall            16.00m
Water line                   14.32m
Moulded Beam            5.36 m
Max draft to DWL        2.74 m
Engine            Caterpillar 3208 (1000-2600RPM)
Power             329 BHP

The VSF model features:
- genuine Caterpillar 3208 engine sound,

- adjusted docking points as well as anchor point,
- adjusted position of the hook to hide the tow rope during trawling.

This file includes Chris Johnston's version of light.dds originally provided with his "Flatbed_V2" add-on.
It should be copied to the "graphics" folder [don't forget to make a backup copy of the original].
